We deliver throughout the United States. Most orders leave our roastery within 3-5 business days and reach you in roughly 7-10 business days.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders above $65.
• Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
• Every package is carefully prepared to protect freshness during transit.

Returns & our promise

We want you to enjoy every cup. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or simply doesn’t meet expectations, reach out within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Because coffee is a fresh food product, we normally cannot accept opened bags unless there is a clear quality issue — but please contact us; we always prefer to make things right.
