Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about authenticity, brewing, shipping and more.
What exactly is Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee?
It's a single-origin coffee grown in a small, certified region of Jamaica's Blue Mountains. High altitude, cool mist and mineral-rich mountain soil give it a clean, smooth, naturally sweet profile with very low bitterness — qualities that have made it one of the most celebrated coffees on earth.
Is everything you sell 100% Blue Mountain?
Yes. We only sell 100% single-origin Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. We never sell 'blends' or 'styles' that dilute the real thing with cheaper beans.
How do I keep my coffee tasting fresh?
Store it in an airtight container somewhere cool, dark and dry. Skip the fridge and freezer for everyday coffee — temperature swings cause condensation. Whole beans hold their freshness longer than ground.
Should I buy whole bean or ground?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder and want maximum freshness and aroma. Choose ground for convenience and an immediate brew. Both are the same single-origin coffee.
Are the pods Keurig compatible?
Yes. Our pods are K-Cup style and fit most single-serve brewers, including Keurig 1.0 and 2.0.
Where do you ship, and is it free?
We ship throughout the United States, and shipping is free on orders over $65.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 3–7 business days, with tracking sent by email.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Reach out within 30 days and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Does Blue Mountain coffee have a lot of caffeine?
It has a normal amount of caffeine for arabica coffee. What sets it apart is smoothness and balance, not an extreme caffeine hit.
Can I order for my office or in bulk?
Yes. The 24-pod pack and 16 oz bags are popular for workplaces. For larger or recurring orders, get in touch and we'll help.
