We ship across the United States. Orders usually leave our roastery within 1–2 business days and arrive within about 3–7 business days.

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $65.
• Tracking details are emailed the moment your order ships.
• Coffee is packed with care to keep it fresh on its journey.

Returns & our promise

We want you to love every cup. If your order turns up damaged or incorrect, or it simply isn't right, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

As coffee is a fresh food product, we generally can't accept opened bags back unless there's a genuine quality problem — but please get in touch, because we'd always rather make it right.
